A Well Deserved Caning!

Roll on new years day. I can't wait to get started on my 'healthy eating' {mediterranean} diet...Once all the booze {Well advocat} has gone {I can drink red wine on my mediterranean diet} & all the chocolates, mince pies, 'Mmmm!' boozy cream...Anyway. Once the Christmas grub has gone we {Hubby is joining me} will stock up the cupboards, fridge & freezer with healthy stuff...

A well deserved caning...

My favorite implement. I love being caned, but I only get pleasure being caned, when I can totally relax & let myself go, knowing that the Dom caning me is not going to go to far & cause me lasting damage...

I have many fond memories of being caned in that position...The almost unbearable, sharp cutting, burning pain, building up from a sharp sting to...hot, burning, no pain just pleasure. The pain is still there but I am getting pleasure from it rather then wanting to pull away from it. I lift my bottom to meet each burning stroke, instead of squirming to escape.............................................
